Launching Quality Education Project: R2T and GVT, in partnership with education department, expand another 35 primary (Total 70) schools in Vagra and Jhagadia blocks of Bharuch district (Gujarat).

Praveshotsav, enrollment festival was celebrated during 11th to 13th June, 2016 amidst joyous atmosphere in every village and town of Gujarat with the objective of ensuring 100 per cent enrollment. Newly enrolled children, dressed for the occasion, were greeted with warmth and welcomed by the teachers, School Management Committee (SMC) members, representatives of GVT and R2T and other villagers. Special guests who were present during the function welcomed children with a tilak (a ceremonial mark worn on the forehead) and in some cases, garlands, and gave them presents and sweets. Children were at the center of the celebrations and they looked happy and excited. The invited guests spoke about the importance of education and motivated the children and their parents to attend school regularly.

Representatives of GVT and R2T participated in Praveshotsav in all 70 project schools and introduced the R2T-GVT Quality Education project and the respective village level project teams (Community Facilitators and Field Officers).

Teachers play a very crucial role in building the nation and moulding a society of enlightened citizens. World over it has been proven that primary schools play the most critical role in the development of individuals, determine their future and lay the foundation for the development of communities. It is in realisation of this that GVT and R2T have decided to join hands with the Head Teachers, teachers, school management committees, Panchayats, parents and the children to make the schools a joyful and interesting place for children, contribute to their development and lay the foundation for a bright future for them.

The District Primary Education Officer, Block Resource Coordinators, Cluster Resource Coordinators, Gram Vikas Trust and Reach to Teach have listened to Head Teachers and Teachers and developed a way of working together to make sure that children learn to read, write and number more quickly and confidently, ready to share in the opportunities offered by India’s wealth and influence. For this, it is essential that the children attend school regularly.

Gram Vikas Trust (, established in 2001, is a Bharuch (Gujarat) based organisation working on education, health, hygiene, nutrition and sanitation programmes with child rights and women’s empowerment approaches. Gram Vikas Trust works in partnership with the communities, local government and national as well as global organisations.

Reach to Teach or R2T (, established in 2003, is a UK based organization specialized in education. R2T has been working in collaboration with the Education Department and local NGOs in different parts of rural Gujarat to transform children’s lives by contributing to quality of education and overall school improvement. R2T brings international best practices in teacher training, teaching and learning skills development, education assessment, school governance and improving children’s attendance.

This year we expand our project by covering 35 new schools (Total 70 Schools) in the Vagra and Jhagadia Blocks of Bharuch District and we hope to increase the number of schools in the coming years. On this occasion, it is important to note Prime Minister, Mr. Narendra Modi’ words while inaugurating the Praveshotsav (enrolment event): “Taking a toddler to school is one of the most satisfying moments in my many years in public life. There is no better joy than laying the foundations of a strong future for these little children….Friends, let us all become partners in this quest for ensuring education for all!”
A bicycle gives Fatima knowledge and confidence

Fatima is the oldest sister within her eight members’ family. She applied for a bicycle, as Gram Vikas Trust informed her school about the program to provide bicycles to girls who find it hard to go to school. Fatima says, "My life has improved for the better: being able to get to school faster avoids any time wasting and gives me the chance to concentrate more on the study." Her grades improved considerably since she entered the program and, although she is just in the 7th grade, she has already started thinking about her future, considering the option of enrolling into university and pursuing an engineering degree. Her family is very satisfied too.
Without Gram Vikas Trust’s donation they would not have been able to provide such means to Fatima. She used to spend one hours walking from home to school and then back again. Her father, who is a farmer and occasionally works in industry on daily wages, thinks that the program has had a positive effect on his daughter. Her mother, a housewife, while worried for Fatima’s safety while walking to school, views positively the fact that her daughter spends less time in going to school due to a bicycle and can finally use this time to focus on the studies. Fatima’s younger sisters, although too young for bicycles now, are considering the idea of applying to Gram Vikas Trust’s program in the future.
Helping a Child Protection Committee (CPC) member help Daksha

Mr. Arjunbhai Rathod is a member of the CPC of Detral village in Bharuch district. As CPC member, he is responsible to ensure safety and wellbeing of the children in his village. However, his 10 year old daughter, Daksha, did not go to school. Daksha was asked to help her mother at home. Arjunbhai is the only breadwinner in his family of seven. This was a unique dilemma for the entire CPC. If a CPC member himself did not send his child to school, how would others take the committee seriously? 
The CPC head, Girish Solanki, and the Gram Vikas Trust’s Development Activist, Mr. Vinodbhai, learnt that the teachers at the school made children work and that is why Daksha had stopped going to school. They then convinced Arjunbhai to speak out against this practice. They also made the teachers realize that this practice of making children perform chores at school had resulted in Daksha losing interest in her education. The teachers promised to ensure that such incidents would not take place in future. Now, Daksha goes to school regularly and cheerfully.
Self-reliance: transformation through the people, for the people

Change is eternal. Change, if perceived and accepted in a positive way, can transform lives and impact them positively in many ways than one. Transformation is the lifeline to betterment. The strategy that Gram Vikas Trust embarks on to ensure a holistic development of the rural community is two-fold. First, it is about generating developmental opportunities for the rural populace, and second, it brings these opportunities to fruition by engaging their skills and efforts – an astute example of the philosophy of transformation through the people for the people. Bicycle make a history in Aladar village

Gram Vikas Trust started this initiative program in support of girls who wished to continue higher education. Under this program, the girls get bicycles to continue their higher education. Lack of transport facilities locally force girls to drop out from school after 7th grade. Gram Vikas Trust has provided bicycle to hundreds of girls. Bicycle program helps them to travel and continue their high school education. After high school education, they also entered graduate program. Gram Vikas Trust also organizes five days residential “Jivan Utkarsh Shibir” (career development workshop) for these girls. The Aladar village of Vagra block has up to 6th standard Government run primary school.
Till 2009, none of the girl children could enrol in 7th standard. There was no girl child from the village educated up to 8th standard from the village. The female literacy rate of the village is also among the lowest in the block. There was 100 per cent drop out rate among the girl children after 6th standard. 

In the year 2009 and onward, Gram Vikas Trust decided to provide a bicycle to each girl who passed 6th standard from the village school to enrol in in 7th standard in the school at nearby village Goladra. Since 2009, 100 per cent girls from Aladar village started enrolling in 7th standard, and after 7th standard, they also enrolled in 8th standard in Kadodara village for studying upto10th standard. This is the history in the village created by the bicycles by motivating girl children and their parents for higher education. All the village girls are really happy that they got their own bicycles – and express thanks to all the donors who helped in this endeavour. In the year 2011, GVT donated 250 more bicycles to the school girls in drought prone villages of Vagra block of Bharuch District. Thanks to the donors who have supported theses young girls to dream whatever they wish to. Childhood – lost and found

Like most girls of her age in Kapalsari village of Bharuch, Jaheda Bibi’s schooling came to a full stop as soon as she cleared her 7th standard, although she was a promising student. That she wanted to grow up to be a teacher herself one day was brushed aside like one of those impossible daydreams. Dreaming after all was just an indulgence. Reality was that she had a paralytic father. Her mother had to work as a house keeper in the more affluent families of the village to make ends meet and even that fell short. Her 3 younger siblings needed care. And most of all, Jaheda was just a girl. The very burden of all these realties was sufficient to squash any dreams Jaheda’s innocent eyes nurtured. So Jaheda took care of her brothers and sister and ailing father when her mother was away. During the cotton season, she took the additional responsibility of plucking cotton for an additional income. And on other days, you could find her selling potatoes in the village. 
Her childhood was so easy to sacrifice at the altar of duty and tradition. Niruben, the development activist from GVT Bharuch, was at her wits end to bring home to her parents, the gravity of the sacrifice that they were asking her to make. For three months, Niruben kept going back to her parents continuously and regularly. She invited Jaheda’s mother to attend the Child Protection Committee’s meetings where discussions were on about children’s rights and their importance. Jaheda herself was absorbed in the children’s group where she got a few hours to live up her real age. The persistence finally bore results; Jaheda has been re-enrolled in school. Her siblings go to the Aanganwadi (child care centre). And for now, Jaheda is reliving a childhood that she almost lost.

Steering to School, Pedalling to Prosperity In Gram Vikas Trust’s project area of Bharuch district in India, more than 85 per cent girls enrolled in primary schools drop out by standard 5th and 7th. Although primary education is free in the government run schools, transportation costs deter rural families from sending girls to school. These families seek a suitable alternative solution to make education a reality for their girl children.
“I want to become a Computer engineer”. This was the aspiration of Ms. Kaushika Gohil. Gram Vikas Trust started "Girl Child Education Through Bicycle" program in support of girls who wished to continue their higher education. Under this program, girls get bicycles to continue higher education through no travel cost. Gram Vikas Trust has provided bicycles free of cost to 500 of girls. Bicycle program helps them to travel and continue high school. After high school, they also entered graduate program.

Gram Vikas Trust also organizes five day residential programme called "Jivan Utkarsh Shibir”, which provide career development counselling for these girls. In one of the workshops, a Ms. Kaushika Gohil said, "Without bicycle, I would have dropped out of the school and would have become wage labourer in fishing activity. I want to become a computer engineer”. High schools education brought aspiration in these young girls as well as in their parents. Gram Vikas Trust, Bharuch has provided bicycles to more than 500 girls since the start of the program. Gram Vikas Trust, Bharuch appreciates our donors’ support for the noble cause.
Pankaj breaks caste stereotypes, goes to school

Pankaj belongs to a nomadic tribe. They were living in Adol village of Bharuch block for a few years until recently when the family moved to Tankariya, a nearby village. The house that they live in is nothing more than the shelter supported by four wooden sticks. When the principal of Adol primary school, Mr. Farukbhai, asked Pankaj’s father, Mr.Paragbhai, to send the child to school, the principal was met with the father’s scepticism and anger. Paragbhai said, “No one had ever suggested this to anyone in their community, never”. He did not only disbelieve Farukbhai, he suspected his motives.

No one in my community has been to school. We are labourer and our children will also be labourers,” was his response. The Principal, however, kept visiting the family time and again. He explained to Paragbhai that educating Pankaj would empower the boy to make better decision in the future.
After a lot of persuasion, Paragbhai relented on the condition that no one should hurt his son and that he should be well-fed in school. That was the first hurdle crossed. The family did not have any legal papers or birth certificate needed for the school admission. Pankaj did not even have a proper name. In fact, Farukbhai named him as Pankaj and admitted to the school. Pankaj was one of the first children to go to school from the nomadic tribes in the area. Pankaj successfully moved to grade 2 also. Though he lives in Tankariya, he insisted on going to the primary school in Adol village because all his friends and his favourite teacher, Farukbhai, were there. He was the oldest and biggest student in his class. All the teachers look forward to his bright future. He aims to become a police officer one day.
Aanganwadi assessment improves quality of learning

Introduction:- In the end of December month, Gram Vikas Trust organized child Assessment activity in Aanganwadi (child care centre) on school readiness skill. Child assessment activity has been organized in 80 villages with 913 children. This activity is done working with children of 4 to 5 years in Aanganwadis by providing drawing papers and colour pens. Gram Vikas Trust also involves parents in this activity. At first, GVT team started activity with home visit to all the children, including those attending the Aanganwadi and those not doing so. The parents of the children going to Aanganwadi are excited to see the assessment activity.
Process :- GVT team started the activity by involving the Aanganwadi worker, ASHA (health) worker, parents of Aanganwadi going children and the parents of the non-Aanganwadi going children. In this program, GVT team performed the activity called ‘Maro Prayatna, Mari Safalta’ (‘my effort, my success’). For that at first we make a group of children and sit them in round. After forming a group of children, we distribute drawing sheet to each and every child. All the children start the activity by as per their own knowledge. All parents are observing the activity of their children. After the activity has been completed, certain observations and results are discussed with the parents.

For example, those children who attend Aanganwadi regularly, can do drawing very easily because of their linguistic and mathematical development as increased with their age. In Kasad, Chavaj, Mulad and Randedi villages, some of the children did not show sufficient development as they could not hold pencil properly. 7 children could not differentiate small-big, thick-single and long-short concepts because of less development of their mathematical development. A few parents do not know the level of intelligence of their children. Parents were happy to see the program. In Mulad village, parents said that they were surprised to see the increasing knowledge level of their children.
Awakening parents of child labour: a journey from tea shop to school

During a field visit, GVT team stopped at a tea stall for a cup of tea. At that time, we saw a young boy, Akshay, on the highway road, who had been working there on the tea stall. He was from Vesdada village. As we watched him as a child labour on the tea stall, we asked one man about the owner of the tea stall. The man, Rayjibhai Rathod, turned out to be the grandfather of the boy. He has been running his tea-stall on Dahej highway in Vesdada near a petrol pump. As we suggested Rayjibhai to send Akshay to school, Rayjibhai said the boy did not like school and would better spend time grazing cattle. 
We had a good discussion with Rayjibhai motivating him to send Akshay to school.. Finally Rayjibhai agreed provided Akshay would also want to go to school. When we asked Akshay why he did not want to go to school, he said he was afraid of his teeth (which were red due to chewing of brittle nut) due to which other students teased him. After a long good discussion with him, Akshay agreed to go to school. Later we found that he grew more confident and attended school regularly. Following case studies are still to be edited; inconvenience regretted.
Benefits after Government Officer’s training

We had organized government officers’ training on 8th February 2012 and in this training all government departments such as Samaj Suraksha department, ICPS officers, CDPO, superintendent of observation home, Nari Sanrakshan Kendra officer had come. During this training superintendent of observation home Mr. Bharatbhai Thakkar gave information about government scheme for orphan and single parent children. He added that if Gram Vikas Trust takes initiative and gave us information about these children we would give most priority about that. Keeping this in mind we conducted a survey of orphan and single parents children, we found total 436 orphans and single parent children in which girls and boys. After getting information ICPS officers had survey and checked whether they fulfilled government criteria for such benefits in particular schemes.

ICPS had selected 183 orphan children in which girls and boys. All these children got benefitted of this scheme. Similarly in October 2011 we had organized government teachers’ training on school development plan. After this training teachers had supported us in making SDP with SMC members. C.G OFFICE FOR CHILD RIGHTS INTRODUCTION: Eksal is a 30 KM Far from Bharuch. The Industrial colony is near to Eksal. There are 1 to 8 Standard School in Eksal, besides that there is an also English medium school of Birla Copper in a village so that 4 children of Eksal studied in English medium school. In C.G group we have 8 to 9 children who studied in village school. We do meeting with all children once in a Month on the topic of Child Labour, Child Rights and Child Marriage.

During the December month meeting we discuss that we have to something unique for village which helps the children of village for that we take opinion of all c.g group. There for all c.g member gives different types of opinion. C.g group member told that, Gram safai, Street Play, Rally, calling those children at home who are not going school. By taking all opinion, Development Activist of village suggests that we have to do something unique which helps you in future, because in future perhaps we might or not might be work with you. So in our absence also c.g group activity runs the same in future. So that we have Decide one single place, when we meet, do meeting and all our activity. The development activist has decided for framing a one C.G office in village.

After hearing about c.g office all c.g member become happy. They thought that C.G office help them for their exam preparation, completing homework and solution of child abuse case. Development Activist and C.G Member find one place for an office. That is an old Panchayat office. All c.g member and d.a of the village going convince to Sarpanch of Eksal and take permission for convert an old Panchayat in c.g office. After take permission with Sarpanch they start to clean old Panchayat office to convert into c.g office. After cleaning that room all c.g members hanging poster, painting, child rights banner on a wall of office. After preparing room for c.g office all c.g member do opening ceremony of c.g office. They also involve CPC, S.M.C, SURPANCH, AANGANDWADI WORKER IN this ceremony.

Zagadia is 25th kilometre far from District Place. Dhodakuva is village of Zagadia Taluka and Mrs. Laxmiben works as Development activist with GVT. Development Activist major role is awareness in the village for Child Rights, cut the numbers of Child Labour, combat with Child marriages, Child Abuse and as on. They very well know about Child Marriage Law and spread since three years.

On the date of 09/02/2012 once training held in village Kharia, once 13th years girls not come in this training because her family members arrange her marriage with the boys of Ahmadabad and today day of Haldis, this information she get from C.G and others girls. D.A. Laxmiben meets her girl and inquiry about marriage than she girl fill comfortable and express her filling front of her. They girl was crying and tells Laxmiben they don’t want to marriage. After Laxmiben meets with her parents and trying to convince them stop this marriage. In the girls house the father of girl was died and step father was present. The family member forceful tries to complete the marriage.

After that Laxmiben was return office and tell this truth about the marriage to program Officer Mr. Chetambhai and program manager Mr. Brijeshbhai. And in the organization all P.O, P.M, C.C. and D.A. seat to gather and discourses about what is the solution or next step of this. All member of organization immediately visit the girl’s home and trying to convince her family members. But in the family give argument with them and tell the girl have no father and who care of the girl, girl was very problem for family and the boy’s family was well settle and rich etc. they also trying to convince broker or Agent of who arrange this marriage but his also give excuses. The team of GVT was understood in this marriage some dealing of money by broker/Agent. They family also sing a song of Poverty. Last they family not convince for GVT team member, the Program Officer Chetanbhai give detailed information to C.W.C. and C.W.C is very positive response and inform the District Superintend of police on the Date: 10/02/2012 Saturday give return application of this circumstances, for stop this Child marriage. The next day the girl’s marriage is comes on the Date: 11/02/2012.

All villagers and C.C and D.A. give positive response and support of stop the marriage. Though the marriage stop on the day so all area get I beautiful massage. On the day Date: 11/02/2012. The Barat comes in Kharia village (the marriage boy come with family for marriage). The time was start of countdown of marriage ceremony but no single police comes in the village, all villagers and C.C. and D.A. call on call of Program Officer Chetanbhai. Program Officer Chetanbhai also contact of DSP office and local police station in Zagadia. But they were Problem of official procedure. Program Officer Chetanbhai give G.V.T. & SAVE THE CHILDREN to police station. They get answer from police station; this marriage is arranged by girl so we can’t do anything. Last they give information about the application of DSP office by C.W.C. so police come in alert and finally Police Jeep comes in village Stop Marriage.
CPC’s regular follow up made Vishnu back to school

Teacher says “Vishnu comes to school regularly now.” VILLAGE: MALPORE BLOCK: ZAGHADIA DISTRICT: BHARUCH This is Vishnu’s story which was informed by CG during Life skill Training. In this story orphan child Vishnu became irregular due to loneliness. Earlier he used to go to school with his brother but after his brother joined High school in Zagadia, He became irregular in school but CPC’s efforts worked and he came back to school. Malpore is 8kms.far from Zagadia and 39 kms far from Bharuch. Malpore has 1100 population and all are tribal. There is a primary school till std.8 and 162 (82boys, 80 girls) children are studying in this school. Vishnu is one of them. He is in standard 3. 
Vishnu has 3 elder brothers. Two brothers are in Zagadia high school. Biggest brother is an agricultural labour. His father stays alone; he drinks liquor all time and never gives money in house. Vishnu’s mother got second marriage and left whole family with small girl child when Vishnu was studying in std.1. Vishnu and his brothers are staying with their grandmother named Lalitaben. Lalitaben is working as a domestic helper in Bungalows at Zagadia.

Since last year Vishnu was regular but from this year his elder brother came into high school and he had to go to Zagadia for further study. So Vishnu became alone at home. Every day early morning Vishnu’s two brothers go to school, elder brother goes to farm and grandmother goes to household work in bungalows. So Vishnu used to play whole day in village. He goes to school without having bath, wearing dirty clothes. Teachers send him to have bath and change clothes but Vishnu never return to school later on. He used to play in village, when his grandmother came home he came with his grandma. Slowly he ignored to go to school and run away for playing. DA (Dharmishtaben) told Vishnu in life skill training to come with having bath and wearing clean clothes. She also told to cut the hair all time Vishnu’s reply was YES but never act. CG group said “Dharmishtaben Vishnu does not come to school, when teachers sent him to have bath he would not come back to school and just play whole day in village. DA decided to meet his grandmother, next day she went to Vishnu’s house with two CPC members named Ushaben and Jeevanbhai. They told all about Vishnu to his grandmother Lalitaben.

Lalitaben Called Vishnu and told him having tears in eyes “Vishnu why you do not go to school? You must go to school alone with wearing clean clothes. Your father does not give money for food. If I stay at home for your school what about our daily food? Your mother run away keeping all of you here, your mother does not think about you. I will give you food till my life but what about after my life?” After home visit Vishnu did not go to school but Dharmishtaben and CPC members (Ushaben and Jeevanbhai) regularly visit him and at last got success to send him back to school. When DA (Dharmishtaben) visited school teacher Bhavnaben told “Vishnu comes to school regularly now.” CPC members said “It is our duty to keep watch on school, we will regularly visit school and not any single child would drop out.”
Shayraben Daula:
A journey from CPC member to development activist

’MAINSTREAMING VULNERABLE CHILDREN HAS BEEN A PART OF MY LIFE’’ says Shayraben Shayraben Ismail Daula is a lower middle class Muslim woman having lot of hope in her. She is 32 year old woman staying in KASAD village of Bharuch district. This story is saying Shayraben’s journey from CPC member to Development activist with lot of change in her village and people’s mindset.
Kasad is Muslim dominant village where Vasava and Rathod tribes are second largest community. Total population of the village is 1442 from which Muslim, Rathod, Vasava, Vankar, Rajput, Patel and Brahmin community. The village has primary school till standard 8 and 117 children (64boys, 53girls) are studying. The village is 10 kms away from Bharuch. When project started in 2009 I was a housewife staying in Kasad village. Once it was a CPC meeting in AWC, I was not a CPC member that time but curiously went there and listened to all discussion during meeting. When I was listening interestingly cluster coordinator asked me whether I wanted to join CPC or not. I asked him what to do in this committee? He gave me information about the project, it was such a thrilling activity that I felt and I became CPC member. I was very much interested in mainstreaming children who were irregular.

Any child if I see at home immediately I take him and put him/her into school. If I see any girl doing domestic work other than school going I felt very sad. Because when I was in 10th and wanted to have higher education but my family and society did not allow and during my 16 years age I have been married. It was absolutely child marriage. Therefore as a CPC member I gave my all efforts to children for school going. Meanwhile GVT has given data of 13 out of school children. When I surveyed all these children were not going to school. GVT wanted to start STP class for these children. Before I joined GVT I was taking tuition class of children without taking money so I asked to run STP class. From February 2011, it was a new responsibility given to me as an Educational volunteer (EV).

When I started STP class I had lot of problems such as counselling children, their parents, and education would be more interested so children come back to school. In the beginning I had to go everyone’s home to call for evening class. During STP class I became child with children. Different books were given for children. It was such a useful books and I had taught all books to my children. In the June 2012 all children were re-enrolled to school. It was a happiest moment in my life because I saved all these children from child labour whatever I faced in my life these children would not face.

Second time I was very happy when my work praised during NUTRITION WEEK CELEBRATION in September and my photo was selected on the front page of state level report. At the same time DA of this village left working and because of my hardworking in STP class GVT proposed me for DA. I accepted this job and now I am working as DA since last 3 months. My aim is making child labour free my villages. Whenever I go to school all these children tell me “Ben why you are not coming to teach us?” and I answer them “I am teaching your parents and all village people that not to send your children in labour but send them to school.” Still 7children in Kasad, 4in Mahudhala and 3 in chavaj villages are joining in labour work. I have a lot of work to save them from child labour. Now mainstreaming all vulnerable children has been a part of my life.

She was studying in std 4th in Pungam, which is a village of Ankleshwar Taluka, but because of some family reasons of her, she would be make migrant with her whole family in Kavitha village. Because of living in Kavitha village for a Permanent base, her father is go for Bhavna's Admission in Kavitha primary school. Principal of Kavitha primary school has indicated for School leaving Certificate of Pungam, where the Bhavna was studied at far, but Bhavna's Father has no received any School Leaving Certificate from Pungam Principal. so that when he was meet with the principal of Pungam in school and asked him for a LC of Bhavna, then because fear of falling ratio of student, he told her Father that you may continue the study of Bhavna in Kavitha village, but I make attendance of her in our school.

But the principal of Kavitha village ignore to give admission to Bhavna without School Leaving Certificate. So because of that big confusion of Bhavna's father, Bhavna has stopped her study. At last 20 days she would be find in her house. When we know all this things that time suddenly we meet our program officer, and with program office I meet with SMC member and told him the whole stories. So SMC Pramukh suggest that give an application to primary school DPEO Bharuch and BRC Of an Ankleshwar.

After that in Kavitha school we do the smc meeting. (In the absence of GVT). SMC Take Decision for sent Application, but the principal of Kavitha village refused for sending application and he immediately inform CRC. By hearing all this things CRC come immediately in smc meeting. After hearing all smc member in smc mitting, CRC take decision that he will meet the CRC of an Ankleshwar and discussed the whole matter with him so in this case you have to not take any decision of sending an Application to any DCPO of Bharuch and BRC of Ankleshwar. So CRC told that he take whole responsibility of getting School leaving Certificate of Bhavna. After passing 2days The Head master of Pungam School calling Bhavna's Parents and smc pramukh for School Leaving Certificate. Now, Bhavna is Admission in Kavitha primary school. Now she goes Regularly in school.
